"I've had the opportunity to read Rick Dean's story about his brother Dennis and his struggle with Muscular Dystrophy. However, I don't feel that the story is entirely about Dennis as much as it is about a brother's love for another brother. Reading about the antics of children in summer, the stunts they pulled, the laughter they shared, the sadness, the tears, the happiness, and the emotion of being frightened of the unknown—all were brought to life in this story. I found myself experiencing these very emotions as I read each chapter. I'm very glad that Rick shared his story with me and proud that he asked me to share my feelings about his story. Everyone who reads his story will find a bit of themselves in each chapter.
