Order Status Checking

If you for some reason you have not received your book within 14 days, and it is not an advance order, please e-mail, do not call, as phone tag is a great problem with various time zones and difficult to understand and often we get incorrect phone numbers. E-mail allows us to keep a supervisory  paper trail of response times and ensure quick searches and responses.

We track all book orders by e-mail address so we that is another reason we prefer that you send an e-mail requesting status of your order rather than calling. us.  Since we use the same automated tracking system as does Amazon and other large online sellers we cannot respond to phone calls about tracking orders, but will respond to every e-mail sent to us about your book order.
